CLASS SCHEDULE
Taking A Yoga Class
Everyone is searching for something different when it comes to attending a yoga class. Some people begin for goals of flexibility, stress management, or building strength. Just keep in mind that no matter what your goals may be, yoga has an incredible benefit of giving countless other gifts in your life along with a deeper experience of life itself.

First Time To Yoga?
One of the first things I hear from new students is "I'm not flexible" or they feel they wouldn't be able to get into certain yoga poses. I want to let every beginner student know that everyone is dealing with their own limitations when it comes to yoga, even intermediate and advanced students. On the flip side, everyone has their own easy poses as well, through your yoga practice you'll discover which poses are seemingly more or less difficult for you. No matter the case, however, I encourage students to find their "edge", meaning that they get to a point in a stretch when it feels just right, and to allow yourself to be content wherever that point may be. The practice of Yoga is a path rather than a destination, and I invite you to be compassionate on your journey. I promise you the results will be well worth the discipline of a consistent practice and an open mind to your body's abilities. Transformation begins the moment you allow yourself to be in the moment, aware of your breath, and feeling into the body. When it comes to being prepared, bring a towel, yoga mat, water for hydration, an open mind, and an open heart.

What To Expect
The main two things you will experience during a class is perspiration and inspiration. This means that not only will your body begin to go through a process of building heat, but you will also be motivated mentally and spiritually with a focal point for the class. For example, the concept of courage may be integrated into a class while building power in the body through strengthening asanas (yoga poses). This is why yoga is so beautiful, it unifies your body, your breath, and your mind, creating an incredible experience. But no matter what the class, be sure that there will be a balanced experience of both heating and cooling, strengthening and calming, focus and surrender.

"I always enjoy Kyle’s classes, as they are the perfect blend of challenge and relaxation. I appreciate Kyle’s willingness to always answer my questions about the poses and his ability to break down some of the more challenges poses into more manageable components. Kyle has helped me to greatly deepen my practice, and I always look forward to coming to the mat when he’s teaching. He’s also just a great guy, and that always comes across in his classes!"
