ABOUT MY TEACHING

"I believe yoga is all-inclusive. We are all connected and capable and anyone with a breath and a body has access to this incredible practice. I embrace the abilities of my yoga students by making yoga poses modified and accessible to each individual, and challenging enough to build strength and confidence. There is an inner voice within each of us that can guides us towards our full potential for health and wellness. Through a variety of yoga styles, philosophies, breath, and alignment, I aim to bring my students into a deeper experience of the present moment. With compassion, respect, and direct experience I bring a safe and supportive environment for students to develop their practice and accomplish their goals with yoga.”

"I absolutely love taking Yoga with Kyle!  Kyle's class is one of the only ones that I've attended that is modified for all fitness levels. We have advanced as well as beginners in our class and everyone gets to benefit from it.
The classes are safe and exhilarating.  When I leave class on Thursday evenings my mind is calm and  I feel my body strengthening weekly and the classes help me to maintain a positive mindset. The setting is very intimate and I definitely love the positive and motivational emails that he sends us weekly. Oh what a blessing this class is to my life!!! "

Yogi, DJ

"Kyle is a true teacher of yoga. He explains not just how to physicalize the experience, but the concepts and benefits behind them. As a teacher myself, I am very aware of the way a class is lead and the tone that is set. Kyle has a beautiful way of leading you through his class. The pace is always appropriate for his students and he engages you on many levels. Often, I have left his class pondering a topic or idea that was discussed. I feel that he genuinely enjoys sharing yoga with others and that radiates through his
teaching."
